Reflective Readings: DIRGE Author Series

March 30, 2014 / 1:00pm

Free for MOCA Members; Free with Museum admission

In connection with the exhibition DIRGE: Reflections on [Life and] Death, MOCA Cleveland presents a series of live readings by local authors whose works address mortality, loss, grief, memory, and transcendence. Four Cleveland-based authors will lead intimate 30-45 minute readings for visitors. The featured authors include poets, playwrights, and novelists, giving visitors the opportunity to process and explore the exhibition themes through a variety of literary expressions. A Museum educator will lead a guided tour of the exhibition one hour before the readings.
