REVEREND ALBERT WAGNER

Rev. Albert Wagner (1924, Crittenden County, AR—2006, Cleveland, OH) was a Cleveland-based painter and sculptor who began his artistic career at age 50. His work has been exhibited broadly throughout the region, including at William Busta Gallery, Cleveland, The John J. McDonough Museum of Art, Youngstown State University, and Akron Museum of Art. His work is held in collections at the American Visionary Art Museum for Outsider Artists, Baltimore; The American Visionary Museum, Richmond, VA, and Museum Charlotte Zander, Bonningheim, Germany.
