JILL VEDAA
Chef
Chef Jill Vedaa has been serving Cleveland Ohio for 33 years. She started her restaurant career as a bar back and bartender then realized that she gravitated more towards the kitchen. Throughout the years aligning herself with chefs she respected and could learn from to finally opening a restaurant of her own in 2016, Salt+. Jill has been nominated three times for the James Beard awards and has multiple local best chef awards as well as competing on Guy's Grocery games and Chopped.
Jill's cuisine is a mixture of approachable global flavors, solid technique and quality ingredients.
