Lenka Clayton (1977, Cornwall, UK) lives and works in Pittsburgh, PA. She holds an Honors BA in Fine Art from Central St. Martins School of Art, London, UK, and an MA in Documentary Direction from the National Film & Television School, Beaconsville, UK. Clayton has exhibited internationally in Kunsthalle St. Gallen, Switzerland; Galerie fur Landschaftskunst, Hamburg, Germany; CNEAI, Paris, France; and in the Tehran International Documentary Festival, Iran, among others. Her work also has been exhibited nationally at venues including the Anthology Film Archives, New York, and the Pittsburgh Center for the Arts. She is the recipient of numerous awards including a Pittsburgh Filmmakers residency and a British Council Grants for Artists grant.
